COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE

Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays. 
We will continue to be here to support you as our customer, before, during, and after the buying & shipping process. However, due to these long and universal delays, we are not able to re-ship orders or flag them for investigation with the same expediency as we were able to prior to the delays associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

United States

auricaluxebeaute.com currently offers shipping options within the United States and Internationally. Pricing and ship windows vary by location and order value. USPS is our designated shipping carrier for all domestic orders. All orders take 1-5 business days to process and 3-21 business days to be delivered. We offer Standard Shipping on all orders. Orders below $50, will calculate shipping at checkout for Standard or Economy shipping.

Orders over $50, ship for free. Standard Shipping Only.

International

USPS International is our designated carrier for all International orders. Pricing is calculated at checkout and is determined by both the weight of your parcel as well as location. A handling fee will be determined at checkout, ranging from $1.50 - $5.50.

We offer the following shipping tier:

  • USPS First Class Package International

All orders require 1-2 business days to process and ship window will be specified at checkout when selecting your preferred tier. Depending upon the tier you select, the ship window can range from 2 days to 21 days. Customs clearance processing times vary.

 

ORDER STATUS

How can I find the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email updating you on the delivery status with an associated tracking number. You can view your order’s delivery status on auricaluxebeaute.com or directly on the shipping carrier’s website by entering your unique tracking number. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.

You can also login to your Auriça Luxe Beauté online account at any time to view the status of pending orders as well as your complete order history.

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some of those reasons include:
1) Item(s) not available
2) Difficulty in processing payment information
3) Inability to ship to address provided
4) Duplicate order placed
5) Canceled due to a customer request

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. SHIPPED AND RETURNED DUE TO UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY 

In the event you supply the wrong address and the postal service is not able to deliver to your provided address, Auriça Luxe Beauté is not responsible. You will be responsible for shipping to resend item or opt for a refund once item is confirmed returned back to our warehouse, minus the shipping costs.

MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES 

Auriça Luxe Beauté is not responsible for missing or stolen packages and will not issue any refunds.
